Powered by Echelon Front
The Joe Gear Companies Leadership Academy is our official leadership development program, built on the proven principles of Echelon Front. This program is designed to strengthen leadership skills, improve communication, and create consistent, high-performing managers across all locations.
Our leadership training focuses on real-world application of key principles such as:
Extreme Ownership
Prioritize and Execute
Decentralized Command
Clear communication
Accountability and teamwork
The Leadership Academy is led by instructors from Echelon Front, an organization founded by former U.S. Navy SEAL officers. These instructors bring real-world experience from high-pressure military environments where leadership, accountability, and teamwork are critical to success.
Their background provides a practical, execution-focused perspective on leadership. Instead of relying on theory alone, the training emphasizes real-life decision-making, responsibility, and performance under pressure. This makes the program engaging, relatable, and highly relevant to the challenges our leaders face every day.
We currently offer the following leadership training modules:
Focuses on taking full responsibility, leading up and down the chain of command, and driving results through ownership and accountability.
Teaches leaders how to build trust, avoid micromanagement, and empower teams while maintaining standards and performance.
